JJ People (Kenya) Ltd is a subsidiary of JJPeople (UK) Ltd who provides software development professionals to clients worldwide. JJ People (Kenya) Ltd will provide clients with Java Professionals who work across the Internet from our offices here in Nairobi.
Due to the changes being brought about by the growing availability of fibre-optic wide-band Internet, professionally trained development teams in Kenya will compete directly with developers in Europe. With the Internet, distance and location is immaterial, only time-zone matters.
We will give you a complete training programme to build to equip you to meet these challenges. You simply pass an initial course which you can complete in your own time and then we give you sponsorship so you can attend our training facility on the Ngong Road in Nairobi full time.
The training lasts ten months then you work as a Junior Outsource Associate developing software for international clients. Initially you will work as a part of a team under supervision and later, as you gain experience and knowledge, you will be able to work without supervision and also travel to Europe for periods to work directly for clients.
